To initiate a return for your online purchase, please visit our Returns Portal where you can submit your return request. Once authorized, you will receive a prepaid return label via email to send back the item. Please note that items must be new, unused, with all original tags, packaging and protective materials inside to qualify for a return or exchange. Items bought online must be returned exclusively through our online portal and cannot be processed in retail stores. After we receive your return at our warehouse, the evaluation process can take up to 7 business days, followed by a confirmation email for your refund.
