What is the process for a return or exchange of my order?Updated 5 months ago

Our return and exchange policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please use our return portal  , accessible directly at the provided URL. There you'll find step-by-step instructions to complete the process.

Ensure the items are in new, unused condition and include all original hangtags, packaging, and components. Some categories like base layer products may not be eligible for return. After we receive your items at our warehouse, allow up to 3 days for our evaluation process. Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation for your refund or exchange.

Please remember that free shipping is offered for all outgoing orders of more than 100$ and exchanges. However, shipping costs for products to be refunded are not covered. If your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Do not forget to include a signed copy of the RMA documentation with your return.
