All exchanges and returns must be submitted through our Returns Portal.
Shipping cost from online purchases are not refundable for
returns.
*When your order has been received at our warehouse, please allow 2-7 business days for our evaluation process. Once this has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation for your refund .
If you have placed an order online, you cannot process any
exchanges or refunds at a retail store. Any Pajar products purchased outside of Pajar.com should be exchanged or returned to their point of purchase.
