What courier do you use for delivery?

UPS and Fedex (Canada & US) and Canada Post (Canada only)

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within North America only (Canada, USA).

How much is shipping?

Free shipping for all orders over $100 before tax. For all orders under $100 before tax, shipping will be a non refundable fee of 10$.

Do you ship to PO Box?

We currently do not ship to a PO Box.

My tracking number states that my order has been delivered, but I haven’t received anything. What should I do?

Please contact an associate from Customer Service in order for a claim to be started.An update will be provided after 12 business days.

My order was returned to sender. What should I do?

Please make sure to track your order once you receive your tracking number as we will not be responsible to reship. A refund will be processed back onto your account upon receipt.

I have ordered several items. Will I receive them separately?

It is possible that orders including more than one item may be shipped separately. In such cases, you will receive email updates that will provide you with the tracking details.
